Özgür Kalender is a photography student at The Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Gent, Belgium. He was born on Jan 7, 1987 in Istanbul, where he grew up and based some of his early works.

Other than photography and film making, Özgür is passionate about traveling, so he can be found anywhere, anytime. He loves to meet new people all around the world, make friends, and exchange ideas. When you see him at his work, or just walking the streets with his camera, feel free to go up to him and say hello.
